Really like Hamilton to cover the 5.5 tonight. Personally I believe they will win outright but I would suggest taking the points as it will be a close affair. Both these teams are battling for a playoff spot and this is the biggest game of the year for both. Winnipeg had a resurgence after firing their longtime coach D. Ritchie but after a 3 game win streak they have lost back to back games (albeit against probably the 2 best teams) and I think it is time to get back to reality. They looked horrendous at Montreal two weeks ago, while last week they were able to shock BC out of the gate before suffering a 2nd half meltdown. Bottom line is this team has a poor defense, especially in the secondary. Hamilton is a good passing team this year and also has one of the league's best rushing attacks. They will be able to throw deep off play action. On the other side of the ball Winnipeg has a very inconsistent offense with only their RB C. Roberts a serious threat. Hamilton will no doubt concentrate their effort on stopping Roberts and forcing Winnipeg to throw. QB Glenn doesn't scare anybody and add to that he suffered a shoulder injury last game I find it hard to believe he will have a big game. Hamilton's defense has steadily improved throughout the year and there front 4 is by far the best in the league and has a great pass rush forcing turnovers. Their new look secondary has held up and plays off the front 4's dominance.

Hamilton is the consistent better team and should take this one.

Hamilton +5.5, -104 *Strong*

also lean to under, about 3-4 pts too high imo

2 games this afternoon, first one starts in 15 min.

BC should beat Toronto. I rate BC the strongest team in the league and while it will be a tough test against a strong defensive team BC will win. The only chance for Toronto is their defense/special teams being able to score a couple times. I'm comfortable taking this chance.

BC has the more balanced team and the best QB in the league.

BC 27-20

We seem to think differently in this league as I will probably hit the Over in the next game also:messed:

looking good for Toronto, watching the game their defense is starting to dominate after a slow start. BC missed a couple of great opportunities in the red zone in the 1st quarter and since then its been Toronto grinding it out with field position. BC is dominating in time of possession (about 20-10) and maybe this will lead to Toronto's D wearing down. Played the ML for BC so there's still hope for both of us to win:)

BTW - Who is bobby bryde?

Looks like BC will lose, trailing by 6 in final minutes here:mad:

just regular plays here but for action thirsty degenerates here you go.

4:00 game

Over 51.5 *Olympic*
Edm +3.5 *Olympic*
Edm Over 24 pts

Should be a close game with 2 of the top 3 teams in the league. Montreal's blitz happy defense was finally torched last week against Saskatchewan and I believe Edmonton will continue that trend as they have the weapons to do so. A mobile QB with deep threats can expose Montreal's D and that is what Edmonton has.

I think both teams can score, both possess very good offenses and this truely is a toss up game in my mind. It should come down to the last few minutes.

I will take the points but if you are feeling lucky take the ML.

fwiw- I would have played the Over stronger if it wasn't for a brutal day in the NFL yesterday.
